North Albany Middle School (NAMS) and Community School Site Coordinator David Sherrod had a blockbuster year of community engagement! Last school year, NAMS held three movie nights, with an average attendance of 77 students per night. As one teacher noted, “CSSC’s does the work that teachers can’t do, and the effects are seen every day in our classrooms.” A student also shared, “This community school room is my favorite area of the school.” We can’t wait to hear what’s going on this season.
